Prices in Kelowna have dropped over the past year and has become a buyer's market with much more inventory than in the past 5-6 years. Our average residential price has declined about 10% as of September 1, 2008, and is showing some signs of recovery but the continued decline in the world markets will have a short term affect on our market.
